Internal Toxins, Equally As Important As External Toxins

Most times when we think of toxins, things that we are consuming or using topically come to mind.

For example:  fluoride in our water, sugars in packaged foods, harmful plastics in water bottles, certain gases that shouldn’t be inhaled,  and processed foods. These are all examples of external toxins.

However, there is a different type of toxin that I would like to talk about today: internal toxins. Internal toxins are what come from within us to the outside, our thoughts. Just like it is vastly important to be diligent about what we are putting into our bodies, it is equally as important to monitor what is coming out of them via our thoughts and words.

Your mind is powerful! I encourage you all to make a list of positive affirmations for your life and to read them daily.

For example:

  1. I am healthy.
  2. I am beautiful.
  3. I help families achieve health.
  4. I am a successful Doctor of Chiropractic.

Remember, the 3 causes of subluxations are THOUGHTS, traumas, and toxins. Positive thoughts will allow a more subluxation-free you. And a more subluxation-free you is a healthier you!

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. (Philippians 4:8)
